3.17 oz/90 g almond flour
2.1 oz/60 g granulated sugar
1.4 oz/40 g egg yolks
In the bowl of an electric mixer using the paddle attachment, combine all ingredients until crumbly. Bake at 375°F for about 8 minutes, or until golden brown.


Oat Almond Crunch:
3.5 oz/100 g oatmeal
7 oz/200 g granulated sugar
7 oz/200 g almond flour
7 oz/200 g cake flour
0.24 oz/7 g salt
7 oz/200 g unsalted butter, cubed
Place all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. With a paddle mix in cubed butter, until mix combines together.
